Job description
As a Management Assistant Intern, you will provide valuable support to the office and property managers. Your responsibilities will include tracking rentals, contracts, and tenant requirements prior to their arrival in Hungary. You will assist in promoting flats and rooms and maintaining detailed specifications and inventory lists. Additionally, you will help manage new contracts on the website, while keeping track of vital details such as tenant arrival and departure times and preferences. This role will involve direct collaboration with the property manager and office manager.

What we require

- Currently enrolled as a student at a European university and willing to relocate to Budapest
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt dynamically
- Strong organizational abilities
- Background in business or economics (a plus)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or above)
- Knowledge of any other European language (a plus)
- Adaptability to work in a new and international environment
- No previous experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (WordPress and Canva or Photoshop is a plus)
